What’s included in your bar packages?
Each package includes setup and cleanup, a certified and insured bartender, plastic drink ware, napkins and straws, ice, coolers, bar tools, and two custom cocktails with garnishes. Mixers like tonic, soda, juices, and sodas are also provided depending on the package selected.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Colorado is a dry hire state, which means we cannot supply alcohol. However, we provide a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and event needs so you can easily purchase exactly what is required.

How far will you travel?
We include travel up to 25 miles outside the Denver area in our pricing. For locations beyond that, we charge $2 per additional mile.

What size bars do you offer?
We have two mobile bar options available: a 6-foot white bar and a 4.5-foot black bar. You can choose whichever best fits your event aesthetic and layout.

Can I customize the cocktail menu?
Yes. Every package ( with exception to the beer and wine package) includes two custom cocktails. If you’d like additional custom drinks or premium garnishes, we’re happy to accommodate that for an added fee.

Do you offer glassware?
Plastic drinkware is included with every package. We do not supply glassware directly, but we can recommend rental companies and help you determine what to order. Handling and transport of glassware will be your responsibility.

How many bartenders do I need?
We recommend one bartender for every 75 guests for full bar service and one for every 100 guests for beer and wine only. Additional bartenders can be added based on your event’s size and flow.

Can I add hours to my event?
Absolutely. You can add additional service hours at $50 per hour.

Do you offer non-alcoholic mocktail options?
Yes. We are happy to provide a full mocktail service or add on a mocktail to any service. We want everyone to feel included in the celebration!
